Valparaíso’s Mathematics and its Applications Days

January 12th-13th, 2017

This workshop is focused on applications, where our intention is interact with people coming from other disciplines in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. For that reason, it is  open to all researchers working or interested in the field, and you are invited to contribute a presentation on your current work. We encourage in particular graduate students of the zone to participate. The idea of this workshop is for Chilean researchers and colleagues from abroad to meet and to continue or start collaborations and to learn about new activities in differents areas.

The Seventh Valparaíso’s Mathematics and Applications Days (V-MAD 7) is organized by the Institute of Mathematics, PUCV.

The location of the workshop V-MAD 7 will take place on Instituto de
Matemáticas of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso
(Calle Blanco View 596, Cerro Barón, Valparaíso), classroom IMA 2-3
(at the first floor, from the main entrance up the stairs to the
right).
