TiddlyWiki usa un tiddler llamado ColorPalette (paleta de colores) con una serie de designaciones como, por ejemplo, {{{PrimaryPale}}} para controlar las áreas de la pantalla afectadas por cada color. Usted puede asignar diferentes colores a las designaciones y así manipular los colores de su TiddlyWiki.

Para cambiar los colores, abra ColorPalette y ajuste los colores usando códigos HTML o CSS o RGB. O, use un paleta ya hecha y cambie su nombre a ~ColorPalette. El código de este documento es una adaptación de códigos que ellos prepararon. Si está interesado ver el código, puede abrir este Tiddler: [[Spanishlingogiffmex2]].

Para usar el código de [[Spanishlingogiffmex2]] en un archivo TiddlyWiki que no lo tiene, es necesario importar este Tiddler al otro archivo usando el macro ImportarTiddlers.
